By accessing and using miaodreve ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
miaodreve provides file storage and sharing services. The Service may offer both free and paid subscription plans with different features and limitations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
IMPORTANT: For users of our free service tier, we CANNOT guarantee the security, integrity, or permanent availability of your stored data. This includes but is not limited to:
Free users are strongly advised to maintain backups of all important data stored on our Service. We recommend keeping local copies of any files you upload to miaodreve.
Users are solely responsible for backing up their data. While we may implement backup systems, we do not guarantee that backups will be available or complete. This applies to all users, with additional emphasis for free tier users as outlined in Section 4.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice, particularly for free users.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, particularly for free users where data preservation is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, miaodreve shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
For free users specifically: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We provide the Service to free users on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
